Description

The Dennis Carlton Gandee Scholarship will be awarded to students in any college or university. Applicants must be Herbert Hoover High School graduates. They must be an athlete, which must be reflected in the required personal essay. Applicants must also demonstrate scholarly excellence in their personal essay. Applicants must submit their most recent grades. They do not have to be the official transcripts.
