The Doctor Duane Buckley Scholarship is for undergraduate students who have overcome major difficulties. To be eligible, applicants need to be legally blind and be involved in their school and local community. Scholarships are awarded to students who attend post-secondary institutions in the United States. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
