Description

The Douglas W. K. Tom Scholarship Fund was created to provide scholarships to high school seniors. The donor requires applicants to be graduating high school seniors and first generation students. Preference is for recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year if such recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements and is in good academic standing.
