The Douglas Warne - Rolf and Wenche Eng Scholarship creates an opportunity for qualified applicants to attend educational institutions in Norway. Applicants may pursue any field of study. Applicants must also be current American or Canadian Sons of Norway members or their children or grandchildren with a current membership. If applying under a parent or grandparent, the student must be under the age of 26. Those students without family members in Sons of Norway may select an advocate or representative to sponsor their application. Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation. The letters should testify to the applicant's good character, educational interests and/or jobrelated skills. If the applicant or the applicant's parent or grandparent is not a member of Sons of Norway member, then one of the letters should be from a sponsor in Sons of Norway.
