Description

The Dr. Bertha O. Pendleton Scholarship is for African-American graduating high school seniors from San Diego Unified School District. They must plan to attend an accredited community college or four-year university in the United States in fall. They must also have a strong record of responsible citizenship.

Eligibility Requirements
