The Dr. J. Andrew Archer Memorial Annual Scholarship provides assistance to a student enrolled in a program of study. Applicants must provide the names and email addresses of three persons willing to provide recommendations for them. At least one recommendation must be a Virginia Western instructor, if the applicant is enrolled at the college. If recently attending or graduated from high school, applicants may use a high school teacher(s) to provide recommendations.
