Description

The Dr. Wayne F. Rose Scholarship Fund is open to Loyalsock Township High School graduating seniors. Applicants must attend an accredited institution of higher education and plan to pursue a career in education. Applicants must demonstrate active involvement working or volunteering with children outside of school and typical class responsibilities; and also demonstrate participation in the arts while in school and/or through extracurricular activities.
