The Effie R. Conkling Art Scholarship is available to students with a demonstrated record of scholarship and leadership. Students must have attended Minnesota State Mankato for at least one academic year and must declare a major in art. Preference is given to students at the rank of Junior or Senior at the start of the upcoming fall semester.
