The Emerging Leaders Society of United Way Monterey County Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to Higher Education or Tech School students who are parents. The applicant must be registered as a student 18 years of age and up at any accredited institution (online or on-campus). Applicants must have attended a Monterey County high school.
