Description

The Eula Ethel White Memorial Endowed Scholarship is open to graduates of Brilliant High School, Brilliant, AL., or lineal descendants of Eula Ethel White, regardless of high school, without regard for major. If Brilliant High School ceases to exist, graduates of other high schools who live within the Brilliant city limits or the surrounding county and would have attended Brilliant High School, preference to applicants with a C average who may not qualify for scholastic merit, but who shows promise and potential to succeed. The scholarship is for one academic year. However, prior recipients may reapply.
