The FCFP Regional Scholarship Fund is open to graduating senior students at a high school (public, private, parochial, or home-schooled) located in Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder or Union County. They must attend an accredited college, university or vocational school that offers a two-year or four-degree or certification program. Applicants will be required to answer an additional essay question that is determined by FCFP staff on a year-to-year basis. Other than the criteria previously identified, such factors as class rank and grade point average will not be criteria in making a selection unless in the judgement of the selection committee such factors are needed to distinguish between multiple potential candidates.
