Description

Individuals Eligible for Scholarships: a. Children or legal dependents of full- or part-time permanent federal civilian or postal employees. Blacks in Government (BIG) federal employee members and PMA members may also sponsor a grandchild. Dependents must be under the age of 25 and unmarried in order to be eligible. b. Spouses of full- or part-time permanent civilian federal or postal employees. c. Full- or part-time permanent civilian federal or postal employees. d. Children or grandchildren of members of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE). NARFE applicants must be high school seniors only.
