The Frank and Virginia Winker Memorial Scholarship for Graduate Study in Acoustics has been established to support graduate study in the fields of architectural acoustics noise control, or engineering acoustics. Applicants must be enrolled in any college or university in the United States that offers a graduate degree program in architectural acoustics, noise control, or engineering acoustics. Three reference letters shall be provided from persons familiar with the student's work. One letter shall be from the student's graduate advisor or major professor.
