Franks Foundation Scholarship

Description

The Franks Foundation Scholarship will be awarded to students who must qualify according to one of these preferences in the following order: (1) Residents of Crook, Deschutes, or Jefferson County; (2) Residents of Grant, Harney, Klamath, or Lake County. Applicants must have a high school GPA of 2.50 or higher. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. U.S. Bank employees, their children, and near relatives are not eligible. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
