Description

The Franks Foundation Scholarship is for students who will qualify according to one of these residency preferences in the following order: (1) Crook, Deschutes, or Jefferson County; (2) Grant, Harney, Klamath, or Lake County. This scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. U.S. Bank employees, their children, and near relatives are not eligible to apply. Applicants may contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
