Description

The Fred Martin Scholarship in Community Journalism provides an award to an outstanding student at The University of Montana who is interested in working for a weekly or a small daily newspaper. The recipient must have completed the Advanced Reporting course, and will be required to report for the School of Journalism's Community News Service. This scholarship will be awarded every other year to coincide with the meeting of the Montana State Legislature.
