Description

The Frontline Care Award aims to recognize a frontline oncology nurse who demonstrates exceptional patient care through the use of evidence-based practice. The candidate should have primary duties and responsibilities focused on full-time patient care (non-management) and clearly demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice. A nomination narrative statement and two letters of support are required.
