The Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) is especially interested in candidates who can conduct research on race, gender, and democracy with an interdisciplinary approach. The intersection between these three research topics is now strongly emphasized by faculty from the Center of Humanities and Social Sciences and other PUC-Rio departments. Final grant amounts will be determined prior to the start of the academic year and are subject to the availability of funds.
