All applicants should demonstrate plans for some interaction with host institution faculty and students. Projects are sought in all disciplines. The Commission especially welcomes applications in creative arts and humanities, although all applications will be considered. Applicants must be Early Career Academics. Ph.D. (or other terminal degree) is required. The scholarship is open to applicants whose Ph.D. conferral date is January 2021 or later; those with more recently conferred degrees preferred. Applicants must attain their doctorate by the proposed start date of their grant. Applicants may propose an appropriate host. Any appropriate institution, including universities, research centers, or other institutions of research and/or higher education is eligible.
