The Garden Club of America Award in Coastal Wetlands Studies aims to promote, expand and enrich the body of research concerning the coast by actively supporting students in the field of coastal wetlands science. This coastal wetlands focus is defined as those tidal or nontidal wetlands found within coastal states, including the Great Lakes. There is a preference for students who are early in their degree programs. A Vita of no more than 2 pages and a letter of endorsement from the applicant's Major Professor or Advisor are required.
