Gerald Miller is thrilled to offer a scholarship to support law students who aspire to become criminal defense lawyers and open their own law firm after graduation. Applicants must be enrolled, or enrolling, as a student in an accredited law college or university in the United States. They must have a clear vision of opening their own firm or solo law office after graduation and must comply with IRS rules to qualify for the tax-free benefits of the scholarship. Employees and affiliates of Gerald Miller are not eligible. A current college or graduate school transcript, or if not already enrolled, their acceptance letter to a college or graduate school, must be submitted.
