Description

Provides assistance for tuition to students from other nations of the Western Hemisphere (other than Cuba). Students must have lived for at least five years in the Western Hemisphere, scholastically qualify for admission, and must intend to return to their country upon completion of their program of study. Students that apply for Permanent Resident status or have dual citizenship are not eligible. Renewal awards require student meet the institution's minimum GPA requirement.
