The Graduate Out-of-State Tuition Waiver Scholarship is available to graduate students whose permanent residence is outside the state of Oklahoma. Applicants must have a 3.0 or higher undergraduate retention GPA from a regionally accredited university to qualify to receive the Nonresident Tuition Waiver Scholarship.
