The Gregory R. Rivers Memorial/COSOA (Central Oregon Soccer Officials Association) Scholarship is for graduating high school seniors of Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook county high schools. Applicants must be affiliated with and will be verified by COSOA Officials. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
