Description

The Harold J. West Memorial Scholarship is for parents attending or wanting to attend college while working part-time. Applicants must have a child(ren), marital status is irrelevant. They have to be working part-time during college, minimum 24 hours. Applicants must be attending or plan to attend a University of California (UC), Cal State University (CSU), or Community College in Southern California. They must be enrolled in college or be a high school senior. This scholarship is open to all majors and there is no ethnicity requirement.
