Named for President LincolnÔÇÖs private secretary and secretary of state for presidents McKinley and Roosevelt, the John M. Hay Scholarship will be offered to 11 competitors from the incoming freshman class. In tribute to Secretary HayÔÇÖs leadership and diplomacy.
