Description

Helen Dyar King held great regard for those who served in the military and worked as public servants and wanted to support them and their families in the pursuit of higher education at an accredited college or university in Arizona. Applicants must have a minimum 2.75 GPA for community college or a minimum 3.0 GPA for four year university. Applicants must be active duty or dependents of those who served in the Armed Services, law enforcement, or Phoenix Air National Guard.
