Description

The Herbert M. Kuempel Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and prior high school graduates (including GED recipients and home-schooled students), or college undergraduate students. This scholarship may be used for Oregon private nonprofit universities and colleges only. Preference is given to older, nontraditional students or students who are the first generation in their families to attend college.

Eligibility Requirements
