The Holistic Nurse of the Year (HNY) award is intended to recognize AHNA members with outstanding innovation and/or a change in the field of Holistic Nursing. It highlights nurses who have been working in holistic nursing for several years and have demonstrated a commitment towards Holistic NursingÔÇÖs core values. Any registered nurse who is an active member of AHNA is eligible to be nominated for the HNY Award, including all former Leadership Council/ Board of Directors and Past Presidents. Applicants must be AHNA members in good standing and committed active members for a minimum of five years. A nomination by an AHNA Member must be submitted.
