For current high school seniors and full-time, degree-seeking undergraduates. You and your parents (if you are a dependent student) must be Maryland residents. All applicants are ranked by Expected Family Contribution (EFC). Your EFC is based on information reported on the FAFSA or MSFAA. Students with the lowest EFC are awarded first.
