To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, you must meet these criteria: Be a Dutchess County graduate: You must graduate in June from a New York state-approved high school in Dutchess County (or a high school designated by New York for Dutchess County residents) and be a Dutchess County resident; Be ready for college-level English and math: You must be advised into college-level math and English based on placement test results, review of high school transcript and/or SAT/ACT results.
