Description

The Inez Owens and Elizabeth Chapman Endowed Memorial Scholarship is open to undergraduate student enrolled full-time at JSU. Applicants must be a child of a single parent mother (single parent includes widowed, divorce, or never married mother) To apply, applicant's mother must claim the applicant as a dependent on federal and state tax filings. if mother is unemployed, applicant must provide proof that he/she is a child of a single mother.
