The ISCALC International Scholarship Fund is open to Lycoming County private or public school graduating seniors. Applicants must attend an accredited institution of higher education to pursue major coursework in the area of international studies, including but not limited to international affairs, foreign languages, overseas exchange programs, multicultural studies, or related areas.
