The IUPUI-Paul H. O'Neill Fellowships (O'Neill SPEA) was established to create a cadre of master's, doctoral, and post-doctoral students known for and highly sought for their leadership skills and superior problem-solving skills. Students must have demonstrated scholarly achievement as evidenced by an excellent academic record, leadership and initiative through academic and/or extra-curricular achievements, and a commitment to public service and/or environmental science.
