Description

The Jean Frost Scholarship is for graduating seniors of Cleveland High School. Preference is given to students with a GPA of 3.00 or higher. Filing a FAFSA is not required, as the scholarship is not based on financial need. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
