The Ka'ehu Scholarship Fund was established on June 30, 2014, with the intention and desire that the fund be used to provide scholarship grants. The HCF requires applicants to be a resident of the State of Hawaii and demonstrate financial need. The donor requires applicants to be in good academic standing by maintaining the minimum cumulative. Preference will be given in the following order of priority: students who are part Native Hawaiians; students who identify as LGBT (lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and/or transgender); female students; students who participate in club and/or high school athletics; and students who demonstrate community service.
