This Kathleen G. Arthur Scholarship Endowment for International Study in Art History in Florence, Italy is available to undergraduate students majoring in Art History. Before consideration for the scholarship, students must have applied for and been accepted into the James Madison University Semester in Florence Program. One or more students will be selected based on their academic achievements, as evidenced by their cumulative grade point average, their essays, and the faculty recommendation. While a student?óÔé¼Ôäós financial need is intended by the Donor to be a factor in the determination of the student(s) who will receive this scholarship, the Donor directs that the scholarship selection committee shall have the discretion to incorporate this factor into their determination process in a manner of the committee's discretion.
