Description

The Nolan W. Feeser Scholarship Fund is open to South Williamsport Area High School graduating seniors. One male student and one female student will be awarded. Applicants must attend an accredited institution of higher education, with preference given to applicants attending Lycoming College, Gettysburg College, or Pennsylvania College of Technology.
