Description

The Oregon Head Start Association - Frank Roberts Scholarship will be awarded to graduating high school seniors, including GED recipients and home-schooled seniors, who participated in a Head Start program. Preference will be given to first-generation college attendees. Financial need may or may not be considered, and filing of FAFSA is recommended.
