Description

The Peter & Debra Higgins Memorial Scholarship, HRVH is for graduates of Hood River Valley High School. Eligible colleges are Oregon public and private colleges, preference will be given for Eastern Oregon University. FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required. Financial need is not a requirement, but it may be considered. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
