Description

The Phoenix Fund is for graduates of Bend, Marshall (Bend), Mountain View, or Summit High School. Students must have a GPA of 2.80-3.50. Students must apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. Applicants must provide names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers, NOT letters, of two community or school references. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
