Description

The Phyllis Wheatley Literary Society Scholarship Fund will be awarded to graduating high school seniors at East Allegheny High School or West Mifflin High School. Preference will be given to applicants who reside in Duquesne, PA 15110. Preference will also be given to those who self-identify as Black, African, or African American.
