Description

The Ray R. and Kay E. Harmon Scholarship Fund is open to Montoursville Area High School graduating seniors. The recipient shall be a student who has performed well but who has, in the opinion of the teachers and administrators, unrealized potential for academic success. The recipient should not receive more than two other awards or scholarships at graduation.
