The Rosa L. Jones Scholarship is open to first-time college students who are Florida residents. Applicants must be accepted to FIU Summer 2025 or Fall 2025. Only high school seniors are eligible, not transfer students. Priority is given to first-generation applications as specified by FIU definition.
