Description

The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists created the Royce Osborn Minority Student Scholarship to assist minority students in an entry-level radiography, sonography, magnetic resonance, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine program. Applicants for the ASRT Foundation scholarships must finish their certificate or degree program after September 1 of the year in which scholarship applications are due. For entry-level scholarships only, applicants must be enrolled in an accredited radiologic science program with at least one semester of radiologic studies (not prerequisites) completed with a minimum program GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, and be an ASRT member in good standing. All applicants also will be required to report their adjusted gross income, number of household members and children in college, cost of attendance of current educational program, and non-repayable educational assistance.
