Description

The Ruth E. Jenkins Scholarship will be awarded to graduating high school seniors who plan to enroll at an accredited four-year university in San Diego County or a historically African-American college or university in the United States in fall. Students must have a commitment to serving their communities through extra-curricular activities, work, church, or community service. Students must have resided in San Diego County for at least one year. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the San Diego Foundation for more information.
