Description

Grants may be used for scholarship to members of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. Grants may be used for scholarships to recognized organizations of Eastern Illinois University. Grants may be used for scholarships to high school graduates upon admission to Eastern Illinois University. Applying for this scholarship in no way obligates students to join Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. Applications are open to any undergraduate student of EIU in good standing.
