Description

St. Andrews Society Scholarship is for graduating seniors in Oregon or Clark County, WA to enroll at an institution of higher education anywhere in the United States. Applicants must (a) be born in Scotland, (b) have a parent or grandparent who was born in Scotland, or (c) have demonstrated a significant commitment to Scottish dancing, piping, drumming, Celtic harp or Highland fiddle. Two letters of recommendation are required for submission.
