Upon the closure of St. Joseph's School in Kingston, NY, parent and community funds to support the school were reinstituted as a scholarship to support past St. Joseph's School students pursuing a higher education. Scholarships are available to any student who attended St. Joseph's School in Kingston, NY. The scholarship will be awarded to individuals who will be students at any accredited college or university in the U.S. Applicants may be high school seniors, undergraduate, or graduate students. Previous recipients are not eligible to re-apply. Students shall be selected based upon financial need, academic achievement and participation in school activities. Applicants must submit two current letters of recommendation from teachers or guidance counselors, clergy or persons other than family members who are familiar with the applicant's skills and abilities.
