The Dr. Richard T. Rowley Endowed Scholarship is open to students in Educational Leadership and Policy pursuing a Ph.D. and should indicate an intent to be a college faculty member or administrator. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate the greatest financial need. Applicants must submit three letters of recommendation.
