The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Nursing Student Loan program offers long-term, low-interest, loans to financially needy students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees in nursing. Eligibility for this loan is determined by the Financial Aid department at ECU. Loan amounts are determined by financial need and the total cost of tuition. All nursing students who are interested in having an additional loan option are encouraged to apply.
